All of the services at EDR are personal training based, we know the names of each and every member in the gym, and we work closely with them all on an individual basis because we know that there is no ‘one plan suits all’. All of our services are run on a maximum of 8:1 client to trainer ratio, to help us get the most out of you.

Is small group training for you?

Our group training sessions are for those who want an enjoyable, varied & effective workout every time they enter the gym. We provide a fun, relaxed environment for you to train in.

Are you training for a specific goal?

In our strength and conditioning sessions, each client is given an individualised program based on their exercise history, fitness testing, goals & timeframes. All levels of fitness are catered for. Perfect for golf, tennis, cycling, strength and more!

Are you aged over 60?

No matter what age you are, it’s never too late to make the start in improving your health and fitness. All it takes is consistent action in the right direction.

Are you between the ages of 16 and 18?

If you want to get the best results possible, it’s important to get the right program. Each of our clients gets an individual program based on their goals and testing.
